"Sa Pagkaing Tama at Sapat,Wastong Timbang ni Baby ang Katapat"

"You are what we eat" is a saying we must remember whenever we choose the food we eat.Our body needs different kinds of food.Eating too much of something we like does not mean we will be healthy.
Most of us are choosy about what we eat.We prefer sweet foods or fatty foods to vegetables.Especially to our mothers.When they were pregnant,they tried their best to protect us from diseases and take us to be healthy.A mother should eat a healthy food especially when its pregnancy time so that the baby would be healthy,too.Since,a body was at mothers womb,the food which they eat is what the baby receive inside.In other words,a healthy mother born a healthy baby.
Nutritious foods like GO,GROW and GLOW foods must be with them or the so called food pyramid.Go foods provide our body with carbohydrates and fats which needed for the energy we need for the activities we do everyday.Grow foods provide our body with proteins which needed for the growth and repair of our body cells and glow foods provide our body with vitamins and minerals.
